seniors the opportunity to live in a private full-sized apartment
while utilizing the additional personal services they may need. Monthly
apartment rental includes such services as 3 meals daily, weekly
housekeeping and laundry service, 24-hour on-site staff, activities
program, emergency response pendant system, and much more. Tenants
requiring more assistance that what is offered in the base monthly
rental package can access additional home care services.
