in Sterling Park Senior Community are licensed by the appropriate
government agencies. The Health Care Center provides 24 hour nursing
care / rehabilitation care on a long term or short term basis. Sterling
Park Commons and Sterling Park Ridgeview provide assisted living care
with home care services available. Sterling Park Senior Community
is a campus setting, with additional services are only steps away.
Independent Living: Park Gardens Apartments utilizes an emergency
call cord system. The system is connected to the skilled care center
where emergency calls are answered by nursing staff 24 hours a day.
Assisted Living: Sterling Park Commons and Ridgeview Place provide
24 hour day nursing coverage with Registered Nurses, Licensed Nurses,
or Home Health Aides. Licensed Nurses work under the supervision of
a Registered Nurse in dispensing medication and treatments.
Skilled
Nursing Care: Sterling Park Health Care Center proivdes 24 hour a
day care with Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses, supporting
the Licensed Nurses are Nursing Assistants/Registered. All care delivered
is under the direction of the Director of Nursing
All Nursing Staff
is licensed by the State of Minnesota and Nursing Assistants are listed
on the Minnesota Nursing Aide Registry.
