Our philosphy permeates throughout our dining room also. A monthly food committee comprised of staff and residents meet to discuss the monthly menu. Favorite family recipes have been included in the menu planning. Items from the past include: Strawberry lettuce salad, Coleslaw vinaigrette salad, boiled dinner, and sour cream hashbrowns.
